Sayed Naved received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from ZHCET, Aligarh Muslim University, India in 1987 and the M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, USA, in 1991. He is the President, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Banyan Technology Solutions, an Information Technology consulting company based in the Washington, DC area. Prior to starting his own company, Mr. Naved worked in leadership roles for Fortune 500 corporations delivering technology solutions to the US Federal Government. Mr. Naved serves on the Maryland State Board of Education where he was appointed in 2010 by Maryland Governor Martin O’Malley. |
