We will be participating in SAE India Efficycle 2015 Official Event website. It is a national design competition with 160 teams competing for the coveted prize. Our team has completed the designing process of the recumbent trike and is currently in the fabrication stage. This our 3rd participation with 18th rank in 2014 and 55th rank in 2013. Ergonomics and Driver safety were the major considerations in our designing process, in order to conceptualize a light-weight robust vehicle. We have given importance to our powertrain to get an optimized reduction with a BLDC motor. The Innovation in our vehicle is the 'i-Sync' Technology conceptualized by our electronics department. It helps in the synchronization of the R.P.M of the human and electric powertrain for higher efficiency.
